Gwobber: How do I find the uninstall Skype on my iBook G4 laptop?
I have an iBook G4 laptop — I cannot find a control panel where I can uninstall Skype. I have looked under File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Window & Help. I am using Firefox. I made a mistake when installing Skype and I can neither uninstall it or correct it — I cannot even get past the sign in because they do not recognize my e-mail —— frustrating.

Pretty sure there isn’t other than copy/pasting them into an email (on the iPhone) and sending them to yourself.

If your phone is jailbroken you may be able to get at the Skype history that way. You’ll need to do some digging though via ssh. Looks like /private/var/mobile/Applications/*/Skype.app is where it resides. Best to stick with copy/paste I suspect.

What version of Skype you are using because win8 doesn’t support few older version software..
First uninstall Skype & then download and Install the app –//—.skype—/go/marketplace.windows8

You and a friend need to install Skype.

Then, both of you need to register and login to Skype’s website, to get a unique Skype name.

Finally, exchange Skype names, and then you can call each other, PC to PC, for free.
